- Registration form can be downloaded below – just tear off the side portion and send in with payment.
- The price of camp is $350 per student. Please have a look at our scholarship page for financial assistance available. Additional/optional costs for camping, recording, etc. NOTE RE: SCHOLARSHIPS - If any scholarships are awarded, these funds will be reimbursed to you at Guitar Camp
- Camping fees are $200 for the week; reserved at the Hall - includes POWER & 1 Sewer Pump Out (happens mid week) OR $100 for the week, for camping without power.
- Please wait until your application is accepted before you send payment. Julia will contact you to let you know that your application has been accepted and to let you know that you can send payment. Please REFRAIN from sending payment until then. Thank you!
- If you are mailing in your registration, you will need to email Julia (GuitarCampRegister@gmail.com) for a physical address OR you can scan your paper form and email it in. If you don't have a scanner - Try an app called "Genius Scan" or if you have an iPhone, use the Scan function in your notes app - then email it to Julia our registrar.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations after May 1st will have a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after June 25th will not receive a refund.
